At AUTORYX, we strive for complete transparency in every transaction. Please review our refund policy carefully, as it varies depending on whether you are renting or purchasing a vehicle.

1. Car Rentals

• Cancellation Notice: * Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental rate.
• Early Returns: If you return a rental vehicle before the agreed-upon date, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the rental period.
• Security Deposit: Any security deposit collected will be refunded within 7–14 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided there are no damages or outstanding violations.

2. Vehicle Purchases

• Deposit/Reservation Fees: If you have placed a deposit to reserve a vehicle, it is refundable if the sale is cancelled by you at least 24 hours before the formal signing of the Sales Agreement.
• Post-Sale: Once the Title Transfer and Sales Agreement have been executed, all sales are considered final. We encourage all customers to perform a thorough pre-purchase inspection (we provide a 150-point inspection report) before completing the transaction.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only if there is a fundamental breach of contract or a verified mechanical defect that was not disclosed in the inspection report at the time of sale.

3. Payment Processing

• All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the initial transaction.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
